PRE-CRISIS RETAKE

Analysts predict a return to pre-crisis level in the first.

"Most of the industrial activities should return to the level it was before the crisis until April, with the average of the industrial segment showing a growth in production before September 2008 at the beginning of the 2nd quarter". Such remark was stated by the teacher and former secretary of political
economics, Julio Sergio Gomes de Almeida.


The total production of vehicles assembled or disassembled at the end of the year was of 3.18 million units, only 1% below the 2008 performance, according to the National Association of Automotive Vehicle Manufacturers (Anfavea). According to the Association, that number could rise to 3.3 million in 2010, thus
increasing the capacity use in the transportation segment.
